CNY craft 2011 (1) – handprints chinese dragon
Oh Gosh… how time flies! Before I even have the chance to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, we are already almost half way through January 2011. Oops.
There is absolutely no other reasons why I have neglected this space for so long, other than laziness and boredom. Hopefully, with the newfound sense of freedom (I recently turned a FULL TIME SAHM once again! WOO HOO!!) and happy vibes, I will be more motivated to blog in 2011!
For the first craft of 2011, I am sharing this beautiful handprints Chinese Dragon craft that I did with the boy. (Will be making another one for the girl when she comes home later from school.
)

Materials Used:
Construction papers (Red, Yellow, White, Orange and Green)
Glue
Scissors
Difficulty: Hard
This craft is not an easy one. Most cutouts have to be done by an adult.
For this craft, my preschooler could only help by contributing his handprints, and gluing the parts together to assemble the dragon. Even then, he is happy and very proud of his Chinese dragon craft. ![]()
